Field Poppies


One I have recently completed. It is quite small, just to keep my 'pencil' eye in while I take a break from some Acrylic paintings I am doing. I find pencil drawing very relaxing while painting needs more concentration.
Size: 7" x 5". Pencils: Faber Castell Polychromos on Fabriano Artistico HP paper.

Love This

I could not resist posting a link to this vibrant, colourful painting. The choice of colours is amazing and the execution is without fault in what I consider one of the most difficult of mediums to master, but Amanda Spencer has definitely mastered it!
